Payment.

 

Payment is made using any major credit/debit card via the online ordering system. The online ordering system uses Stripe as a payment service provider. All transactions are made on secure pages which use AES-256, an industry-leading encryption standard to transfer data between the browser and the server. Alternatively, you can choose to pay securely via PayPal. Your payment details will only be used at our secure checkout.

Postage and Delivery

Dispatch time:

Once an order has been placed we will aim to get it dispatched as soon as possible.

Cards  will dispatched on the same day.

A3 Prints will dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 3pm.

Framed pieces will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

However in some circumstances we make have run out of stock and if this is the case and a customer makes an order in this situation we will get in touch with the customer as soon as possible to notify them, if they would like to wait until we have stock of that item or, if they would like to cancel the order.

Cards:

For UK customers buying cards we use Royal Mail 2-3 working days.

For International customers buying cards we use Royal Mail International Standard 4-7 days depending on where you live in the world.

Framed pieces:

For UK customers buying framed pieces we use Parcel Force Tracked 1-2 working days.

For international customers we ship using DPD Classic and DPD Air Tracked 4-7 days depending on where you live in the world.
