Payment.

 

Payment is made using any major credit/debit card via the online ordering system. The online ordering system uses Stripe as a payment service provider. All transactions are made on secure pages which use AES-256, an industry-leading encryption standard to transfer data between the browser and the server. Alternatively, you can choose to pay securely via PayPal. Your payment details will only be used at our secure checkout.

Postage and Delivery

Dispatch time:

Once an order has been placed it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number for the larger orders including tracking.

Delivery services and estimated delivery time:

Cards:

For UK customers buying cards we will dispatch the same day or the next morning from when the order is made and we use Royal Mail First Class (with a delivery time of 1-2 days) or Royal Mail Second Class (with a delivery time of 2-3 working days), depending on which postal service you choose. You can choose which delivery service you want to use before entering our secure checkout page.

For International customers buying cards we will dispatch the same day or the next morning from when the order is made and we use Royal Mail International Standard with a delivery time of 4-7 days depending on where you live in the world.

Framed pieces:

For UK customers buying framed pieces please allow at least 1 day for processing the order, so next day dispatch and we use Parcel Force Tracked with a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

For international customers please allow at least 1 day for processing the order, so next day dispatch and we ship using DPD Classic and DPD Air Tracked with a delivery time of 4-7 days depending on where you live in the world.
