Mesmerically detailed cut and paste collage of ski resorts, human form and heavy industry, blended with genuine currency (cut and pasted banknotes) to depict two figures of dark and light.

Joe Koll’s work is primarily hand-made collage cut and pasted from mixed media, so whereby the original pieces display a satisfying 3D texture and have genuine depth to them,  once they are scanned and reduced in size for prints they take on a much more uniform and finer detailed appearance,  exuding a smoother finish.
